Thank you for your interest in renting the St. Francis de Sales Gym.
Please review and complete the Gym Rental Request Form below before submitting your request.
Once your request has been approved, your Gym Rental Agreement will remain on file for the duration of your approved use. If you reserve the gym on a recurring, as-available basis, a new agreement is not required unless your contact information, insurance, or rental terms change. New Rental Requests
- Download, Complete, and Sign the request form and do one of the following;

- In Person: Parish Office 2235 1st Street - Baker City
During office hours; Monday–Friday | 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
NOTE: Proof of insurance naming St. Francis de Sales Cathedral as an Additional Insured may also be emailed to gym@sfdsc.org.
Returning Users
If you already have a current Gym Rental Agreement on file and would like to reserve additional dates on an as-available basis, simply:
